Quotes and Bookings
Quotes provided through our website or by our team are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work, inventory, access conditions and any additional services requested.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your move, shipment or requested service
- Declare any hazardous, prohibited or high-value items in advance
- Ensure reasonable access to the pickup and delivery locations
- Be available or nominate a representative on the day of service
Insurance and Liability
We take reasonable care in handling your belongings and cargo. Where insurance coverage applies, the terms, limits and exclusions will be confirmed in your service agreement. Unishore's liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by applicable UAE law and the terms of your specific booking.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Charges may apply for late cancellations or changes made close to the scheduled service date, as outlined at the time of booking.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed with you before work begins. Any deposits, milestones or final balances will be set out in your quote or service agreement.
